PTKF

Petro Tajhiz Kala Fidar

Instrument

Short Description:   Instrumentation is used to monitor and control the process plant in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Instrumentation ensures that the plant operates within defined parameters to produce materials of consistent quality and within the required specifications.
product detail

Transmitter

A transmitter is an electronic device used in telecommunications to produce radio waves in order to transmit or send data with the aid of an antenna. The transmitter is able to generate a radio frequency alternating current that is then applied to the antenna, which, in turn, radiates this as radio waves.

Control valve

A control valve is a power-operated device used to regulate or manipulate the flow of fluids, such as gas, oil, water, and steam. It is a critical part of a control loop and is an example of a final control element. The Control Valve is by far the most common final control element used in industry today

Indicator

Liquid petrochemical tan indicator instrumentation designed to measure and monitor the levels of liquid in storage tanks are a requirement in this process.

SENSOR

Sensors and instrumentation devices are often used in industrial applications for condition monitoring, flow monitoring, stability monitoring, pressure and temperature data collection for process control. … They could be used to operate at ambient, low or high temperature depending on the application.

transducer

One uncommon application of precision pressure measurement is in oil and gas exploration. … The pressure transducer is placed in equipment used to evaluate variables in a rock formation

Recorder

We use the recorder for the actual control of the process, in which case the instrument not only adjusts for changes but also inform us when and how much adjustment was made.

 Controller

A controller is an instrument used for controlling a process variable (measurement). Its continuously monitors the error signal and gives a corrective output to the final control element

Tube

Instrumentation tubing is used to connect various pressure gauges, pressure switches, valves and flow monitors on industrial piping and ventilation systems. The most common materials tubing is made from are mild steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and polymers.
